HTS was formed in 1976 as a home based electronics assembly, testing and design house by our founder Richard Hall who is still involved as technical guru on new projects. Over the following 40 years HTS became involved with many blue-chip companies providing bespoke hardware for turnkey solutions.

An outstanding example of problem solving was during the early years of UK & European Lottery installation where a simple oversight meant that the Lottery terminals could not interface with other hardware in common use throughout Europe. HTS designed, manufactured, tested and supplied 1000’s of simple interfaces in a period of 3 weeks!

We work discretely with our customers to ensure anonymity between themselves and supplier/manufacturer where applicable as well as providing full documentation for future procurement by them. Nowadays we are more focused upon electronic solutions for the Lighting industry where our 40+ years of involvement in LED technology has allowed us to re-design many ‘standard’ products to fulfil higher levels of reliability and safety compliance than otherwise available from mass produced (and often unsafe) products coming from the Far East.

We have long term relationships with many of our Far Eastern suppliers and we are often asked to manage procurement & QA on our client’s behalf.
